Welcome to Life Shift Revolution! I am thrilled to have the opportunity to introduce myself to you as a mindset and accountability coach, who is passionate about helping others transform their lives. Prior to the incredible journey I am on now, I spent over a decade as a single mom, facing the challenges of homelessness and battling a hidden alcohol addiction. Despite these obstacles, I managed to steadily grow my career, although not at the pace I desired. My life took a remarkable turn when I made the courageous decision to get sober and shift my internal mindset. This pivotal moment allowed me to not only flourish in my career but also cultivate a supportive and loving romantic relationship, becoming a role model for my children along the way.
I am painfully aware that countless individuals yearn for personal growth and positive change, yet often lack the necessary tools and support to achieve it. That's where I come in. With a deep understanding of the struggles and triumphs that accompany transformation, I am here to share my experiences and provide unwavering support, free of judgment or expectation.
